Hello, I’m Izzy Julio
Associate Director, QA

  • Native New Yorker who’s perfected the art of breaking things professionally. What started in game QA has grown into a career leading quality assurance across healthcare, e-commerce, and digital platforms. I’ve built and scaled QA departments, mentored analysts, and managed major releases across web, mobile, and video game consoles.

I care deeply about product quality, cross-functional collaboration, and making sure QA has a voice at the table from day one. Whether I’m leading a team, consulting on a launch, or reviewing accessibility, I approach every challenge with curiosity, clarity, and respect for both the people and the product.

I’ve always been drawn to how things work, and how they don’t. That curiosity drives my approach to QA and leadership. Good QA is about more than bug counts. It’s about asking the right questions, communicating clearly, and helping teams make better decisions.

Outside of QA, I play and restore vintage arcade machines, tend native plant gardens, and teach STEM workshops. I bring the same patience and complex thinking to every space I work in.
